    Default ep45t-u3dp oc 2200 Patriot help

    Hello All
    First time here, with an odd situation. I installed the patriot pvs32g1866llk ram(Gigabyte approved @ 2200), went into bios set everything to run the ram at 2200 and it was running like a champ....... Well then i decided to use the ocing program (Easy tune 6) and run her up a little bit.....BAD I didnt take into account the program changing the ram. I know NOOB!, well i have gotten everything worked out but now the bios doesnt give me the options it used to for ocing the ram, before this i could manually input the values for the ram but now its all presets that i am forced to pick from, i.e. the frequency latch and the multiplier???? I flashed bios still the same, I tried newer version of bios... to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance

    For full manual control, check these settings:

    CPU Host Clock Control ..................... [Enabled]
    System Memory Multiplier ... (SPD) ...... [Manual]
    (G)MCH Frequency Latch ................... [Manual] <==== optional
    DRAM Timing Selectable ..... (SPD) ...... [Manual]

    Until you've verified that your system is fully stable, set:

    Performance Enhance ......................... [Standard]

    Manually set:

    PCI Express (MHz) .............................. [100]

    You will probably have to modify any voltages that you originally used.
    CAUTION: Leaving all voltages on AUTO may over-volt some of the settings. The values displayed to the left of AUTO are system defaults, BUT.... no necessarily what will be applied. Without seeing your bios settings in a bios template, we can't advise which settings should be changed.

    The bios PROFILES page let's you save up to 8 different profiles. You can overwrite any individual profile a later time. Saving profiles is an excellent tool to let you restore any of the profiles that you've previously saved on this page.

    EasyTune is a quick and dirty way to tweak your computer AND CAN POSSIBLY LEAD TO FILE CORRUPTION. Read the BIOS TWEAKING sticky and perform stability testing after you've tweaked your system in the bios pages.

    This shouldn't be a problem as you should be able to access all the possible selections (multipliers under each strap) using the System Memory Multiplier option.

    As I recall, the only benefit to using the Frequency Latch is when you select A, B, C, or D, you'll only be able to select the multipliers available for the selected latch.
