    If it doesn't post, try adjusting the MCH voltage. I found that sometimes my board wouldn't post @ 1.24v but would be stable at 1.16v. Also VTT is FSB Termination voltage, you have to increase this as you increase the FSB.

    Try increasing the MCH vottage.
    FSB Termination to 1.24v
    PLL to 1.57v
