    Sorry just got back, txt and html files getting an "Invalid File" response for some reason when I try to upload from computer. That RealTemp screen shot was max temps with ibt for the 5 rounds that it 'burned'. You want BIOS settings?

    If you try to upload via the insert image icon you get invalid file message, go advanced, manage attechmants, add file, it accepts any file type.
    Run MemSet and see what Prformance(a.k.a tRD, Static tRead Value in BIOS) Level is set to.
    NO MCH OverVoltage, that may be limiting, have you tried pressing Ctrl+F1 at main BIOS screen(it should then flash) and see if there are more available options in M.I.T?

    EDIT: Are memory specs 6-6-6-18 DDR-800?

    Just to clarify as I may have confused you with my thread edits, the successful IBT shots that I posted and Real Temp shots were at Optimized Default settings, so that's why the ram timings/voltage are not changed in the template I posted up. And yes, at stock default settings/speed, ram is set at 6-6-6-18 800mhz. At stock settings, IBT was stable. Below are the settings which are not stable for some reason.

    These settings were enabled when Prime95 and IBT crashed with the e7200 running 3.16ghz (unstable):

    Stick with optimized defalts, only change what is need to be changed.
    Care for a 25% OC? Should be fairly easy, changes to your posted settings.

    The funny thing is, when LSDmeasap posted his suggested settings/timings, the OC worked but after changing the cooler, the same settings no longer work. Not sure why though...

    I'll go ahead and plug in your suggested settings. And it's crazy but I still can't upload the cpu-z file. I have the file saved in 'my documents'. Is that a problem? I don't see why it's giving me the 'invalid file' error when it's only a 56k text file!

    There may be more than one 2.00 multiplier, that are made for different FSB.
    If those settings work you may try DDR OverVoltage +0.3 and timings 5-4-4-15 or 5-5-5-16 (not a big difference)

    This is with the settings you provided except I accidentally put ram timings of 5-4-4-15, used an SPD of 2.00 (only have options for 2.00/2.5/3.0) for a 1:1 ratio-hope that's ok. I also left fine clock control enabled at +0.5 for 3.16ghz.
    I also entered 1.25v in MIT but CPU-Z shows voltage at a lower 1.21v. Why?

    Here's the result of the above settings when running IBT on standard:

    Feeling the air in the chassis and at the back of the chassis where the rear case fan blows, the air barely lukewarm. That's why I still think the e7200 heat sensor or something is inaccurate, in my opinion, but who knows.

    What do you think of the results? Didn't quite hit 20gflops so do I need to raise cpu voltage?

    It is difficult to make a vcore applied as it is set, and would cost a lotof money, so intel allow some tollerance to make a cheaper computer systems.
    The are 2 kinds of drop in voltage, at idle (vdrop) and under load (vdroop, the difference between idle and load)
    Even systems with better voltage voltage regulation never do it perfectly.
    My board for example has virtually 0 vdroop when LLC(Load Line Calibration) is enabled, but there is still vdrop.
    The 2.00/2.50/3.00 multipliers are for the A strap(266MHz) only, no others available?

    Yes try 2-3 clicks higher vcore and see how it goes, I said 20.2 but idealy you shouldget 20.4 or more.
    Do not have any application other than RealTemp and IBT running during the test, and let the computer idle for 5 minutes after boot before running IBT.
    With muliplier 2.00 you may be able to run 4-4-4-12 timings and DDR OverVoltage +0.3.
