Performance is my concern not this or that FSB or CPU clock, if lower FSB with better timings yield better results or the same with lower voltage than it's preffertRD on auto may now show the actual used, check with MemSet, 8 I think is what you have used with CAS 5 and 7 with 4, or it might have been 9 and 8, anyway use the lowest you can.

EDIT: and more vcore 1.4+ in BIOS.

    Cas,etc:
    5-4-4-12
    Refresh to ACT delay 49
    Static TRead Value 7

Still fine tuning this FSB/timings then will continue moving on when I hit a wall...

Here's the same FSB/voltage with slightly tighter memory settings:
    4-4-4-12
    Refresh to ACT Delay___47

There it needs more 0.02-0.03v vcore in CPU-Z .

I am less stressed now :) At least it beats my Flops at 3.66GHz.
347<Hz as a limit and do me a favor add vcore until it's 1.39v+ in CPU-Z. Lets see if it can do 24GGFlops.

Lol, that's my best score so far. Then I lowered timings more to:
    3-4-4-12
    Act to Act (tRRD) 3
Rank Write to Read Delay 4
    Write to Precharge Delay 4
    Refresh to ACT delay 42
    Read to Precharge delay 3
    Static tRead value 6
Maxxmem latency score went down to 73.8ns but Gflops went down to 23.1...

Putting them back to previous settings from my best score

CAS 4 should be OK, tRD 7 the lowest you can go?
Lowering tRFC(Refresh to ACT Delay)sometimes help, I myself haven't boticed any significant improvment doing so.
Try +0.3 DDR2 OverVoltage for CAS 3 though I doubt it will be stable.
And did I say more vcore?

Nice to see the new CPU is playing nicer for you than your old one did! Thanks for sharing the love Chike!

Maybe try 3-4-3-11/12 and see if that works good or not.

Hey guys, I've been working some hard 10-12hr days so far and no time or energy to mess w/the computer. So far upping the core to 1.4v didn't do anything but raise temps so I'm stuck around 3.76ghz and 23.5gflops. Attempting to push FSB to 350 even at 1.4v resulted in crash except when PCI was pushed to 110, which is too high for me to use on a daily basis.

I'll play with more voltage, FSB and memory settings toward the end of the week and report back....

3.825GHz is the best I got from it stable so maybe 346MHz FSB or 343 to make a nice round OC :)
