    Default problem with OCZ2RPR11502GK on ep45-ud3r

    hiy guys i purchased on if this ram kit a month ago and i just ran into some problems with the ram divider: it seems like this ram only works with 3.2B divider and works lvery well at 1253 MHZ( stock is 1066) at 5-5-5-18(stressed with prime95 2hours error free). But that leads to another problem, because the divider is so high which limits the OC ability with my E8400 E0 stepping to 3.52 GHZ ( 392 *9). when pushed the cpu to 4ghz i tried other dividers like 2.4B 2.66D but it seems unstable in prime95 (it can still boot up normally)and sometimes in 2.4B divider it seems having trouble booting up the windows startup applications.... this totally dosen't make sense, lower divider should be more stable. so i'm guessing its the voltage problem. any suggestions on that???? i serously need help thanks!

    You already know your memory works well .

    A jump from 3.5-4Ghz on the cpu is rather large .
    What are your temps getting to?.
    1.36 cpu core may only be 1.32 under load with llc disabled.
    The nb is working harder too with the higher fsb.
    If the 2.1v ram is what is recommended for 1066 u may need2.12-2.14v in bios.
    Perhaps try driving strength auto and st read of 10 in memory settings.
    You could also try x8 multiplier on the 444 setting you tried or x8.5 if you have it.If it runs ok under testing your cpu/mch volts may be too lowfor x9
    There should be plenty of 8400 templates around on the forum.

    cooling is not an issue i put 4.2 before and only 45degrees on load
