Thread: Direct Tcase Measurement Experiment

    Default Direct Tcase Measurement Experiment

I conducted an experiment a month or so ago measuring the Tcase temperature my Q6600 directly using a thermocouple and compared the results with the CPU temperatures reported by commonly used monitoring software. I thought some of you may find it interesting.

Well, the Fluke meter I purchased for the test along with the thermocouple certainly was not cheap ($250+US).
