Talking Need stable OC for E5200, G.skill F2-8000CL5D-4GB, and GA-EP45-UD3P

My system consist of an intel E5200 processor, GA-EP45-UD3P (BIOS F8) motherboard, and G.Skill 4GB DDR2 (NCIX.com - Buy G.SKILL F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ PC2-8000 4GB 2X2GB DDR2-1000 CL5-5-5-15 240PIN Dual Channel Memory Kit - F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ In Canada.). I've been playing around with the BIOS to try and achieve a stable OC. My goal was originally to have this system running at around 3.5ghz if not more. I've managed to reach 3.7ghz but have not had any luck with stability. Can someone please post a detailed BIOS setting that would achieve a stable overclock in my setup. Once again, a stable overclock at 3.5ghz would be great. I would appreciate any help I can get. What I hope to receive from this post is a BIOS setting that would allow me to OC from my stock 2.5ghz. Thank you in advance.
