    Ok here is my problem(s):

I built a new computer about a week ago. I installed windows Xp 32Bit and installed new updates. I installed CS:S and BF2142(games) on my computer. When I started playing the games I noticed that my whole computer would freeze within 10-30 minutes of starting the game, I had to reboot everytime.

I tested my graphics card with FurMark and the max temp was 79C, with no freezing. (Idle is 38C)

    (CPU idle is 35C)

I then installed updates with DriverMax, updated every driver and still got problems.

I downloaded memtest (latest version) and tested my RAM, the test would only run for about 6 seconds before the computer would restart if I had two RAM sticks on(DUal channel/single channel Booting from CD), but when I tested each ram stick individually it passed the test with no errors.
If I booted my computer with 2 RAM sticks it could boot up from harddrive(Win XP) BUT I get the game problems still, So I'm asumming it's dual channel problems.

The games run fine with 1 stick of RAM, but I want to be able to have two, What can I do?

Also, when I load up XP with two RAM sticks it DOES recognize the RAM (3.25 GB).

    Also Tested HDD with seatools.

    Edit:

Memtest running on two sticks of RAM before computer reboots:

Just going from my own experience,Get the memory at its timings and voltage might do it to start,if everything else is on auto.
    2 ways to do it.
First set performance on "standard" not turbo.

1.set the xmp profile to enable and use epp1.
That should enter all the timings from your memory and the voltage too.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

2.The sticker thats on the ram,or maybe the box it came in should give the memory timings for 1066mhz speed .

If it says 5-5-5-14 enter those in the standard memory timings yourself+Also whatever voltage it says in DRAM voltage.

see how that goes in memtest etc + the games.

If trying method 2 you may be able to leave performance on turbo see if either/both work.(obviously turbo will give a slight memory performance increase)
I can get extreme setting working fine for the memory if im not running overclocked also. Those 3 (standard/turbo and extreme only seem to affect memory timings)

If that doesnt do it you might have to do some more adjustments.

Well ok from method 2 above^
Having entered the memory timings 5-5-5-15 I assume it says on the ram.
What does it say for voltage?
If it says 2.0 enter 2.04 in bios for dram voltage.
If it says 2.1v enter 2.14.
Thats to account for voltage drop.

Theres a lot of other stuff ,running the ram at 800mhz and building up from there etc.Your standard cpu voltage seems v low too but hey .Just tossing out ideas to start.

These settings have helped others get their systems running at stock speeds.

    Motherboard Voltage Control
    Voltage Type.………... Manual
    CPU
CPU Vcore….……….......x.xxxxx........: <== manually set this to the x.xxxxx value displayed in your bios
CPU Termination…..... 1.200V*.......: <== manually set this to the value displayed in your bios
CPU PLL…………………....1.500V*.......: <== manually set this to the value displayed in your bios
    MCH/ICH
    MCH Core…………….....1.100V...........: << 1.20V for 2x2GB) <== your memory might need 1.05 volts

    DRAM
DRAM Voltage ……....1.800V............: <== manually set this to the rated value of your memory [usually 2.00 - 2.10 volts]

If suggested settings don't work, specify the problem; wouldn't boot, failed xxxx test, reboot/reset, etc.
