right now my system is running at 3.6ghz,been here for 2 months ran this 3.6 on prime95 for 8 hours stable.
highest temp for 8 hours was 67c,so i think i can go to 4.0 and be safe.

i have tryed everything i can think of to get there but no luck
but i am new to this stuff so i need help

i would really appriciate some help from all of you guys to help get me to 4.0ghz.
