Have you tried 3.7GHz on those settings?
    CPU: Intel C2Q Q6600 G0 @ 3.2GHz W/ 1.184v (Max Overclock - 4.1GHz ON AIR)
    Mobo: Gigabyte EP45-UD3P (Max Overclock - 515FSB)
    RAM: CellShock 2GB PC2-8500 @ 1200MHz 5-5-5-15 (Max Overclock - 1300MHz 5-4-4-12)
    Video Card: Gainward HD4870 GS @ 775MHz/4000MHz (Max Overclock - 835MHz/1175MHz)
    Case: Antec 1200

Alright, I suggest raising the Vcore to 1.4v.

How bout lower CPU mutli Higher FSB? Just giving you guys a hard time, I see you do not need help or do you?

If you do need help, let me know what you are trying to get at clock wise and I will advise

More MCH Voltage (1.2-1.24) and More Ram voltage so you can be sure that is a non issue. I'd set 2.12 for now

From my experience 1.16v MCH should be fine, it got me 320-340FSB

True, but I have 2 sticks of RAM and he does to. I was told that it was only the number of sticks that mattered, but the total GB.

Keep the settings you but try:

    1. Vcore to 1.4v
    2. MCH volt up to 1.26v (going up in 0.2v steps)
    2. DRAM volt to 2.1v

    Try those all separate.
