This memory has been verified to operate at 1600MHz at latencies of 8-8-8-24 at 1.65V VDIMM.

ok i was all set to try this but when i went into my bios, my settings didn't match yours at all

    my settings:
    cpu clock frequency
    advanced cpu features
    QPI clock ratio
    uncore & QPI features
    etc.

    your settings:
    advanced cpu features
    uncore & qpi features
standard clock control (i don't have this menu)
    etc.

are you using a custom bios or a different board? i'm using the UD5 with latest (F10) bios

also another thing to try - can you save your bios profile and upload it here? then i can just install it myself with the bios profile loader (F12 at boot menu)
