    No thats working fine in xp I have since managed to get MS windows minidump tool to work and it points to a kapersky driver after all. I am in conversation with them at the moment. I will report back if I manage to resolve things. Martin

    Looks like it was KIS 2009 and Anvir conflicting. No BSODs for 4 days which is a record. Shame because i like anvir monitoring software since it tells me what the top 5 process for disk usage are. Thanks to those who helped Martin
