    For me, the oly way to solve this issue is to drop gigabyte out of my computer, I replaced my EX58-extreme with an Asus Rage 2 extreme, works fine.

    Ever since I built my new system a month ago I have had the cold boot problem every time I start the comp from a cold start. I have now fixed it inadvertently by changing the following voltages from auto/stock;

    IOH Core to 1.3
    IOH/ICH to 1.6
    ICH to 1.2

    Boots first time every time now. Not sure which one made the difference but works for me!

    Yeah never use auto for voltages no matter what mb your using if you want stable overclock cause to many time auto will overvolt/undervolt. Trusting software when it's so easy to set manually is stupid.

    HEY JOSH, lol i've emailed gigabyte before about my machine continuously rebooting and they told me the exact same thing even though i was not overclocking at the time. Anyways i fixed the problem for the most part, every now and then when i go to power it on, it will stay on for maybe 5 -8 seconds and turn off, then back on, and stays on.

    Cold boot, think i ran into this problem yesterday. Tried powering it on with my usual settings and it would power on and off til it reached the bios. i backed the clock down, got into windows, stressed it, exited , upped my clocks again in bios and rebooted, works fine now. We'll see if today requires the same procedure.
