Obviousely your memory timings are far from ideal. Even your default timings for DDR-1333 with 1.5v are better.

For 99% of the time, Channel A&B refs aswell as both DRAM refs should be left on auto. they scale with VDIMM and by default the actual value is half VDIMM, which auto will set correctly.

I would also set CPU Ref to auto and see if stability is maintained before moving on. I've yet to see an instance where CPU ref effects the stability of a dual core, but it is possible. If unstable, adjust it back to where it was before.

MCH ref on the other hand is usually a critical setting to adjust at higher speeds. Set CPU Termination temporarily to 1.2V then set MCH ref to 0.740V, and then restore CPU Termination to its previous level. You may find instant stability at your current settings but with auto CPU ref and auto DRAM refs just by doing this. For 3.9GHz-4GHz I'd lower MCH ref again, this time to 0.720V @ 1.2V CPU Term.

Yes, please set your MCH Dram Ref to Auto as it looks like you somehow have this set incorrectly. Auto is fine for this setting, same applies to your channel a-b data and address ref's, they are incorrect and should be set to auto.
