    OK, I'm back with all the informations you needed. I have to say that a friend of mine "Unstable_Hero" from Greek site (insomnia.gr) helped me to setup my BIOS settings (I know him for a long time) I just want you to tell me if we made some mistakes to all the settings. My system now runs fine, with no errors in OCCT (medium data set) for about 3 hours,BUT it gives me errors in Large Data set.. unfortunately memtest DID gave me six errors in 8 hours testing (this morning memtest was keeping running from last night though) BUT yesterday that I ran it for 3 hours it did not game errors.. IntelBurntest gives me no errors. OS is good, no restarts, no BIOS cycle loops and stuff..These are the settings I ghve right now. Take a look and THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP!

    @ultraxmode

    Nice job with your bios template, it's very clear which settings are on AUTO and which ones are manually set.

    Memtest86+ Errors
    Next time you run Memtest, make a note of the test#, pass# and failing address for each error. We don't need the error patterns. It's possible that some or all of the errors might be within an address range that could indicate one or more weak memory modules.

    Skew Settings
    The only time I've seen skew settings used has been with extreme overclocks, never with a system at stock settings. Re-run your tests with the 3 skew settings = 0 and see how this affects the error count.

    Static tRead Value
    Set this to 7 for each memory channel.

    Results
    Include a screen-shot with:
    Memset using "SPD" and ">>" tabs
    cpu-z main screen
    EasyTune6 TUNER tab --> ADVANCE tab --> VOLTAGE tab
    Update your bios settings and post it along with your test results.

    Did you run IBT using maximum memory usage? How many loops were run?
    If possible run OCCT for 6 hours or more and note what the elapsed time was for any errors.

    Thanks a lot ProfJim ! I will return with informations requested asap !

    @profJim : I do not have EasyTuner6 installed. I'm runnning on Windows 2003 Server. so.. ?

    UPDATE :

    I ran IBT for 5 loops (half stress) and it went ok. I then ran it to maximus stress and got zeros and .. fail.
    I am running memtest86+ now, for about 3 hours, no errors with your recommendations. ;) I will leave it running till tomorrow. We'll see...

    Unfortunately yes.. but the system is very stable in all other ways.. I didnt have a single restart problem as I had before. I dont know...

    (The latest Bios settings are in the post with the memtest86+ screenshot... )

    About the temps : Do you think the processor is a little bit hot ?

    Ahh sorry, I meant please post your settings that failed so we can advise back

    So they are the same as post 24 then? I suggest CPU Ref be set to Auto and then test again, if it fails again then you likely need to set your own Vcore manually

    Temps look acceptable, but yes a bit warm for that FSB and voltage, then again it is a Quad. What cooler are you using

    I use a Scythe Mugen (not Mugen 2)(thermal paste : Zalman) with a 120mm Scythe fan pushing the air inside the cooler to the back of the case, where another 120mm Zalman fan takes out all this air.
