What is your mch voltage. I think your gonna need about 1.36-1.4 .
Try .84 mch ref at "1.2 CPU term"" "FIRST" then raise back if you needed it for OC

    Try these bios changes:

    CPU Vcore..............1.2375.......: [Auto] <-- set to 1.25000

    MCH Core...............1.100V.........: [1.24v] try 1.26 and 1.22

    ICH I/O..................1.500V.........: [Auto] <-- set to 1.50
    ICH Core................1.100V.........: [Auto] <-- set to 1.10

Static tRead Value.................: [Auto] Is this a mistake?
Memset shows 7 for both channels, so this shouldn't be an issue

Are your re-boot issues OK now?

For stock setups, Lsdme recommended lower dram voltages.
If these settings don't fix the errors, try 2.08 and 2.06 dram volt settings.

Static tRead Value is "7" (edited this morning, my mistake)

I will change the settings you and Lsdmeasap recommended and let you know !

I really appreciate your help guys. I really do! Thank you so much!

PS : My reboot issues are OK now!

    Questions :
    1. Can I have C1E support, EIST Function to ENABLED? (I wanna save a little bit of energy cause this PC will be working 24/7

    2. No-Execute Memory ? Enabled or Disabled ? (I think it has to do with DEP right?)
    3. PC Health and Fan Optimising? Settings? I must be careful with something?

Yes your # 2 above is DEP, leave that enabled.

Yes, if you are not overclocking then you can leave C1E and EIST enabled, if you overclock later you may want to disable them to minimize issues

Fan settings are up to you and your type of fans, and how much noise bothers you. Test both PWM And voltage settings and see which you like best

Once you get going I can give you full optimal Memory settings if you like

I ran again OCCT test for 8 hours (Large Data Set) and it went quite fine. I Restarted the system.. and this morning I found the system HANGED AGAIN !!! I dont know what to do anymore...

the event error Windows gave me was :

Event ID 6008 : The previous system shutdown at 8:08:08 πμ on 10/5/2009 was unexpected.

Event ID 1001 : The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0x00000034, 0xd000001b, 0x00000001, 0x80839944). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP.

    Please help!!

As long as you're using a "modest" video card in your server system, your current psu is sufficient. Take a look at the OCCT voltage graphs to see if there are any unusually low test voltages. The normal amount of "ripple" will be from 0.00 - 0.03 volts.

I am using an ASUS nvidia 8500GT 512MB profJim. I think its not a high end solution, so my PSU can handle it right? I will send you screenshots from OCCT (with errors)

Sorry being a pain on the a$$ .. really. But you know how it is... buying a new system and never see it working stable..

PS : I will try to replace my memory with two 1GB (Kingston 667) from a friend, and a new GPU (a nvidia Quadro) from a friend too. I think it will help testing further.

    Thanks again !
