Out of curiosity, what does Static tRead Value depend on? Brand of the memory or?... I can't boot at 9 past FSB of hmm 450+ (Ithink) at all, and you went past 500 just like that..

It depends on a lot really.

Ram voltage and timings, Ram configuration (Amount 2x1, 4x1, 2x2), Memory multiplier uses, MCH Ref used, MCH Voltage, FSB and overall CPU Speed and voltages, Vtt used, and yes the quality of the IC Chips used in the ram itself matters as well

In my reviews I made not long ago you can see that it is possible most anytime really, with the correct settings provided the ram you have if not of the cheapest a manufacturer offers. I link these because you will see a Mainstream (Crucial) run 500 FSB tRD 8 and a set of Mushkins Mid Range ram do 500 FSB tRD 9

Do you mean Driving Strength Profile set to Auto?

tRD is set to 10, it was at 9 up to 530FSB...

Ohh sorry, I read that wrong then. I thought you had Auto tRD. Hmm well either way same should apply to drive strength, just try them all until you find the one Auto is using and you will be good to go.

800MHz worked, but not stability tested it...will give it a go.

    How will this benefit me?

Just passed a 1hr OCCT Linpack test also, now trying 10hrs of OCCT Large Data Set...

Ok, IBT and OCCT Linpack pass every time now but I am back to OCCT Large failing (Testing Prime Large atm), is it true the latest version(s) of OCCT are buggy and could be causing the failures itself?

EDIT: Prime Large bombed out too, NOW What do I tweak

Is OCCT so different from Prime95 that it is worth testing in both?

Probably not, I just like that OCCT makes a noise when it fails...

Is it like the noise on Family Fortunes when they get an answer wrong? that would be cool. Could change it to that if the sound's customizable.

    And our survey said......

I need the big guns to take a look at my template now and see where I could find some Prime Large stability (PLEASE!)...

IBT and OCCT Linpack are passing without error, but standard OCCT and Prime Large are being their usual PITA.

    Help!
