    Ok So I tried things a little different I have a 45% Oc with 290 fsb and a 3626 clock. Only one thing ram advanced settings are at auto. Pls check below.Cpu vcore is at 1.344v temps at load stay near or below 60 C.testint more tonite.

    THose specs on last template did not work with the 3626mhz ,went back to stable 3562, see where I can change things or is it just a cooler replacement needed to go further?

    Looking at that template I see you haven't changed CPU Termination from stock 1.200V. An increase in this would almost certainly give you some kind of improvement. I would try your 3.6GHz settings again, but change CPU Term to 1.22V. Test that and if not stable, try 1.240V, 1.260V, 1.280V, 1.300V, 1.320V then 1.340V. This setting can have not only an impact on stability, but may also alow you to lower Vcore while maintaining the same clock speed. That has the double benefit of reducing heat at current settings, and giving you head room to increase Vcore when trying an even higher frequency.

    Getting a decent after market cooler would certainly lower temps compared to the Intel stock version. It sounds like you potentially have an exceptional example of an E5200, so I'm almost posative that there's a little more to be had from it, with VTT (CPU Temination) being the key to unlocking it.

    You may find thet with CPU Term raise, you may have to re-think your other Ref volts (MCH and CPU Ref), but maybe not.

    Save your current 3562MHz profile to the BIOS and a USB stick, then tweak that VTT. DO get an after market cooler, but at the moment you still have temperatures under control enough to push some more.
