You must install matching brands and specs of ram, you cannot just mix them up like that

I see you may not be mixing them, that is good. Sorry about that comment above, just lost me for a sec but I will leave it for others who may think about mixing ram later on.

When moving from 2x1Gb to 2x2GB you need to make some changes in the BIOS. I am not very familiar with AMD BIOS's but you need to first set your ram voltage to spec of course, this is normally 1.9-2.1V for DDR2

Then you often need to add some memory controller or Northbridge (NB) voltage. Then you may also need to adjust tRFC to 196 or 327 Ns

I would also of course suggest that you should be using the latest BIOS if you are having sleep issues. If you do wish to flash please do not use @BIOS, use Qflash here is a guide and your boards BIOS page >>

    thanks to Lsdmeasap

    I've solved my problem.
    I upgraded GA-MA770-DS3 F3 to the newest version F7.

    (1) + (2) + (4) install Vista SP1 or Windows 7 RC --> Sleep --> Wake up --> Normal, work perfectly, no more blue screen or audio abnormal

    thanks,
    boowing
