I would try 1T command rate, it will give you a huge performance bump if your ram will run at 1T. You may have to loosen timings back up a bit before you try it though as they may be to tight too run like that at 1T

Increasing the CPU multi will only increase the CPU Speed (X CPU Freq/FSB)

The ram and NB Freq will only be changed by changing their multipliers or by raising/lowering the FSB/CPU Freq

thanks again, i will try to get that command rate to 1T and compare the results i get with the once i recorded when getting to the current timings.

i increased the CPU FSB by 1MHz to see what it would change and lowered the multiplier to check whats happening there, so i guess i get that:D

how important are the HT and NB for overclocking a system, and would i need to change the "NorthBridge Volt Control ..... (Normal) and/or the CPU NB VID Control ........... (Normal)" when increasing the CPU multiplier or FSB?

looks like Command Rate 1T does not work for me i get a bluescreen or a bios reset when trying it:(

I use the @BIOS software all the time without problem including a half an hour ago. It has never done me wrong.

Heres a good start. Watch your temperatures. Then you may try more CPU Clock Ratio if you have the Black Box Edition.

    Code:
    MB Intelligent Tweaker(M.I.T.)
    CPU Clock Ratio .............. [x15]
    CPU NorthBridge Freq. ........ [Auto] (210 Fre. x 10 = 2100 NB)
CPU Host Clock Control ....... [Manual]
    CPU Frequency(Mhz) ........... [210Mhz]
    PCIE Clock(Mhz) .............. [100Mhz] Set to Auto
HT Link Width ................ [16 bit] Set to Auto
HT Link Frequency ............ [Auto] (2100Ghz ) Same as northbridge
    Set Memory Clock ............. [Manual]
    Memory Clock ................. [x5.33] 1066Mhz

    DRAM Configuration
    DCTs Mode .................... [Unganged]
    DDRII Timing Items ........... [Manual]
    CAS# latency ................. [5T]
    RAS to CAS R/W Delay ......... [5T]
    (tRP)Row Precharge Time ...... [5T]
Minimum RAS Active Time ...... [18T]

    1T/2T Command Timing ......... [2T]
    TwTr Command Delay ........... [4T]

    Trfc0 for DIMM1 .............. [127ns]
    Trfc2 for DIMM2 .............. [127ns]

    Write Recovery Time .......... [8T]

You will learn the hard way someday soon if you keep that mindset. Please DO NOT USE @BIOS

I use the @BIOS software all the time without problem including a half an hour ago. It has never done me wrong.
A quick Google search on the subject suggests many people have had bricked motherboards from updating thier bios with @BIOS. It has been strongly suggested to me by many not to use @BIOS. I prefer to heed to others who had mistakes on a bios flash. Even Gigabyte suggests Q-Flash, and the old DOS methods over @BIOS.

In the end it is your call. You may have been fortunate your Windows was completely stable, and your motherboard, and cpu does not support Intel's Hyperthreading-Technology.
You may want to follow all the instructions on any method you use.
