What should be the QPI voltage and CPU Vcore for 3.4Ghz?

At 3.4Ghz, your VCore can probably run at stock voltage on the NORMAL setting, but your QPI depends on the speed your running your ram. At a 1066-1333Mhz ram speed, the QPI may handle fine at stock settings, but as you get closer to 1600Mhz you may need to bump it up to 1.2-1.24v.

I would still highly recommend getting an after market cooler, but at least keeping voltages near stock settings should help you keep your temperatures lower. Also, you haven't told us your RAM's rated speed or timings, just that it is G.Skill ram.
