    Default ep45 UD3R Q9550 overclock

    So my rig has been up a running great for a few weeks, and I've been trying to educate myself for an OC by doing some reading around here. I used the Bios template and here are my current settings:

    Q9550 e0 can do easy 4.0 ghz, but yuo may need a better cooler for the CPU.

    its the longest recent 9550 thread and the 45 ud3 boards are all v similar.
    After 3-4 months of threads here I havent seen anything new really in the forums.Ie most of the different cpu/mem/cooler combinations have been covered.
    Less popular mrbrds its a different story.

    Yeah, Kick, I know... I'm a noob, and I was just worried about hurting my pride and joy so I was hoping to have someone spoon-feed me safe values.
    Actually I just got it running @3.6ghz ...
    Core 0 hits 61C while running P95 so that's not too bad, hopefully everything else is OK.
