    Default GA-EP43-UD3L / q9650 / 1066 Over Clocking

    Greetings,

    Can someone please help me with the correct BIOS settings so that I can run my memory at 1066 instead of 800?

    I have the following: Intel q9650, GA-EP43-UD3L, 8GB Fatal1ty DDR2, (1) evga 9600GT, (2) evga 6200, (4) Dell E198WFP, and (2) E248WFP.

    the shortest answer is your memory voltage is too low.
    It should be 2.1 v in bios.set it manually.
    At that low a front side bus speed 8 G should be ok.
    Also at that low a speed you could enable the xmp performance memory setting and the board will read your memory epp(enhanced performance profile).
    If that doesnt work , try the 3:20 memory multiplier entered manually in bios.that will give your memory a speed of :cpu host frequency x 1.6=532.8mhz,but since its ddr2 memory its x2 again so 1065.6mhz
