    Your settings should let you boot normally. Just try two more things.
    First change FSB to 402~405 just to avoid being on the strap frequency.
    If this doesn't help move your ddr3 to the pink slots and try again.
    If successful try to lower MCH voltage (you don't need much for 2xGB) and check again. From my experience with ddr3 running at 1600Mhz 10-11-11-30 is not a good idea - you can always test at 1333MHz 9-9-9-24 with lower Static tRead value to check if your memory bandwidth is increased.
