Make sure that all drives are configured for SATA 300GBS. Did you change the Stripe size when building the array?

How to set for SATA 300GBs. Depends on what make they are. Search for your brand and "jumper settings". That should tell you, or try "300gbs" or set to generation 2. Search. Google is your friend.
I find it hard to believe that you can't set the stripe size. Just about any RAID software will. Edit. I just had a look at the manual for your motherboard. you should too. It explains how to change stripe size in the RAID BIOS section.
as to what stripe size to use? That you will have to decide yourself after you do some research. There is no correct answer. It depends on what you do on your computer, what size files you use, etc.
You need to do your own research, that's the best answer.

You don't tell us what make your drives are, you don't even read your own manual. If you won't help yourself, I shall not.

Look, no one can help you make sure your hard drives are configured properly if we don't know what brand they are, I told you to check for jumpers, you tell me there are none, so, if I don't know what brand they are, I cannot search for the answer. Searching for the answer is somethjing you have to learn to do yourself. Some folks can help you out with the harder things, but, if you really want to learn your own computer, you have to do some work too.
