    Default Audio drivers

Hello all, new here. I just built a new system with a Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD4P motherboard, and am having trouble getting the audio drivers to install properly. I get a message at the and saying something like, unable to install such and such ( can not remember exactly what it says ) But, I can get audio, and there is the icon in the system tray. I tried downloading new drivers from the Gigabyte site, but get the same thing with those. is this a common problem with this board? And if so, is there a way to fix it?

    Thanks in advance, Steve..

OK, I went there and downloaded HDMI_R229 and WDM_R230. On install I get an error message

    H-error HD Audio Driver Failure 0xE 0000227

On reboot, the new hardware message again pops up and DM says it is not installed. The driver tab says, "No driver files are required or have been loaded for this device."

So basically, I am unable to get the driver to install.

Perhaps I was just taking you too literally. BIOS doesn't mention Azalia but the on-board audio chip is enabled.
