CPU issues could possibly be the cause. Check the motherboard socket for bent pins, also check the contacts on the bottom of the CPU and carefully clean with alcohol if needed.

If you can get hold of a CPU to test, preferably a core 2 but any 775 CPU should do. The UD3P supports even the oldest of 775 P4/Celeron processors.

Yup currerntly trying a known good IDE DVD drive. Is there a way to turn of the CPU cache to determine if the bad RAM is on the CPU? I have also tried disabling absolutely everything i can find and to know avail...

So you have seriously swapped everything out except CPU. What about HDD, and maybe a long shot but SATA Cable? Psyco is on the right path though. Perhaps check for bent pins, however I guess since you have tried another MB its probably not gunna be

bent pins where? the CPU has no pins and neither do the SATA drives...

What about the CPU Socket, I think they are pins. IDK ive never really had a super close inspection. No pins on SATA per say, but the Cable's I ment could be dodgy?

Yep, pins on an LGA 775 are on the motherboard. They're really fine and difficult to see. A magnifying glass would be useful.

There's no way to disable cache. C2D and C2Q also use the cache to communicate between cores, so it's needed for the CPU to function.
