ep45-ud3p, Mushkin 1066 2x2GB(996599),e8400,WD 320gb HD. Also using 9800gtx, Antec 550w from my old system.(WIndos 7rc)[all in signature]

At first startup with Optimized Defaults(only change dram 2.1v)every thing booted up and running. Ran prime95. Errors midway through 1st pass. Long story short, ran memtest86+ with lots of errors when running test #1 with both sticks installed. But with either single stick in either single slot test #1 runs fine and ran 13 full tests fine.

After making some of changes(listed below) to the bios I can now get Memtest to run 20+hrs with both sticks of RAM(error at end of 1st pass Prime 95 and sometimes BSOD when OS shutting down). 2 sticks of RAM will only run above rated spec(1069-1098), not at spec or below. And only with timings adjusted to 5-5-5-18(5-5-5-15 rated spec).

Can anyone please tell me why this is or what is goin on here??? Bad Mobo??? Bad PSU??? I am confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Current BIOS settings that seem to work the best so far: (Optimized defaults definately do not work-Memtest errors galore!)

Also, anything under 401Mhz does not want to run error free of Test #1 of memtest. Ive tried many many many other settings and voltages. These seem to be the most stable, but not very. Cant get both workers through 1 full pass Prime95.
