Default NEW BIOS F8E X48-DQ6 Is it worth changing?

The last time I updated the Bios (from F8c to F8d) I had a lot of problems (reboots, cold boots...) so I went back to F8c.

    What's new in F8E BIOS?

    Is it worth updating?

    Any experience?

Unfortunately alot of the changes in a BIOS that matter, such as improved overclocking, stability etc aren't listed in any change logs. Maybe someone with your board and that particular BIOS will be able to comment, but it may be a case of you having to give it a try. PC's vary in what parts they use quite wildly, as you know, so what's good for one persons system can be awful and cause problems on somebody else's.

If you do try the new BIOS, please if you have time, post to say how it worked out. The community here would really apreciate it. The more information we can provide here, the better this forum will be.
