which hard drive is your Windows Installation on, the IDE? If that is the case then you need to go to My Computer- Manage- Storage- Disk Management. If you see the other drive there, but don't see it when you Explore My Comuter, then it is not initialized. Right click it and select initialize, then format it and you should be peachy.

If you don't see it in Disk Managment check and make sure that the cables are connected and that the power cable is connected.

    1. What's its Make, Model, and Size?

    2. Is it the only IDE Device you have hooked up?

    3. Are you aware of the Jumper config possibilities and current Jumper placement(s)?

    4. If it's not a Jumper, the the problem most likely can be fixed with a BIOS setting you simply overlooked.

    5. Do you have another PC to test the IDE Drive on?

    6. Make sure other purchasers of this same product havent had problems.

    7. Run a DOS utility from the manufacturer.
