    Default GA-EP45-DS3 Sound crash bsod

I have a Vista 32 machine with continual sound crash problems.
The problem will occur when playing audio (itunes/windows media) whereby the system will lock in a soundloop crash, and then cause the system will bsod (although not always).

Watching video online will also cause the the soundloop crash. I suspect it the sound driver, but I have updated to the latest version and it still doesn't help. The latest driver I have installed is:

Realtek High Definition Audio Version : Date : 2009.02.17
Settings on speaker output through its control panel: 16 bit 44100Hz.

    My system specs:
    Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3 Motherboard, Socket 775, 1600MHz FSB, 4xDIMM DDR2, PCIe-16, 2xPCI, 3xPCIe-1, 12xUSB2, Firewire, Audio, ATA, ATX
    Seagate Barracuda ST3500320AS Hard Disk Drive, 500GB, 7200rpm, 32768KB Cache, SATA-2
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 2.67 GHz, 1066MHz FSB, Socket 775, Retail pack with fan
Galaxy GF8800GT Video Card, GeForce 8800 GT, 256MB, DDR3, PCIe-16, TV out, DVI, HDTV, SLI ready
Gigabyte GZ-X6 ATX Mid Tower Case, 420W PSU, Black
Asus DRW-2014L1T DVD Writer, DVD 16R/20W/8RW, CD 48R/48W/32RW, Internal, SATA, Black, Retail, LightScribe
    Corsair Dominator, TWIN2X2048-8500C5D, 2x1GB, DDR2, DIMM, DDR21066

    Please help!

Guessing you may find some information here: STOP 0x0000000A, 0x000000A, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL . The irq_not_less_or _equal message usually refers to incompatible or defective hardware from what I been able to find out. Have you checked the error logs to see what they reference? You may want to run memtest 86+ and check out your ram.
