How can all 4 sticks be bad? The errors themselves seem to be independent of the modules... is it some incompatibility or are all 4 sticks really bad?
You're quite right. The possibillity of having 4 defective memory modules is very unlikely. It may be your board or your settings but you must realise it is difficult to try to help you without knowing your system setup, the exact memory modules you have and your current settings, BIOS and applied.
Please fill your signature with your system spec, the link to your memory page (preferably mamufacturer and not newegg) and post a template with your current settings, and we'll try to tedermin what the problem is.

Sorry to bump this. Has there been any resolution to the problem?

I'm having these same problems almost exactly. My setup is very similar as well.

I'm suspecting that the memory is the culprit and doesn't play nice with the mobo (even though it's on the approved memory list).

My dominator ram was testing bad in memtest86+. It has been RMA'ed to Corsair for over 3 weeks now. I'm still waiting for the replacements. I'm thinking of buying some G.Skill ram and seeing if that fixes the problem.

I RMAed the ram and received the replacement about a month ago. The replacement ram was stable until a couple days ago. Programs started segfaulting, etc... and so I ran the memtest86 again.... more memory errors!

This is the same as what happened when i first received the ram.

Also, about three months ago before I sent the ram for RMA, I took 2 sticks out of my UD3P and tried them in my EP45-UD3R board. The same issue surfaced. I bought 2 sticks of 2GB Samsung DDR2 800, swapped out the Corsair Dominator... and have had no problems thus far. It has been close to 3 months now.

I wonder if there is some sort of grounding issue... are there any other UD3P/UD3R users that experience this problem with other brands/models of RAM?

I just received my new RMA replacement ram and so far so good. It was taking so long to receive my replacements that I bought some g.skill off New Egg. My RMA arrived yesterday without any notice after 4 weeks. My new g.skill is supposed to arrive tomorrow.

I also switched from 64-bit to 32-bit Win 7 and I think the 32 bit drivers are working better for my TV tuner and video card.

I'm going to stick with the Dominator for now, but if they fail again I have the g.skill as backup.

I tried optimized defaults, and then I tried the following BIOS settings on my UD3P with my replacement 2x2GB Corsair Dominator DDR2-1066...

Still getting 10s of thousands of errors on memtest86+.

Any suggestions before I RMA the sticks again?

Both the original pair and replacement pairs worked great for about 1 month before exhibiting this irratic problem.

Try 1.22-1.24 MCH Core, if no go than 1.05-0.95v, all one step at a time.
    Perheps less DRAM voltage, 2.08-2.00v.
I would also leave all advanced timing on auto for now.

I don't understand if you have a Q9550 how are you able to use a 9 multiplier?
