As Lsd rightly says, P45's plus high speed RAm can be troublesome. In fact I'd go as far as to say I'm relieved I didn't go for the DDR3 version of my board, as it seems that there are many problems getting DDR3 past 1333 on the P45 chipset.

Unfortunately I don't have the experience with DDR3 to be able to help you further. I'm sure Lsd will see this thread and give a reply soon. He has more experience with DDR3 RAM, and some others on the forum do too.

If you've tweaked any settings since you last posted a template, it may be handy for you to post them in a new one. This means Lsd and others know exactly where you are at.

Sorry if I haven't been too helpful, just wanted you to see that people are paying attention to your thread, and help I'm sure is imminent.

    Double Bump!

I've got the same situation. I can get the FSB up to 400MHz but I have to set my Memory Divider to 3.33D.

Also, I have found that I can set the Memory divider to auto (4.00) and boost my FSB up to 370MHz before things get unstable. At 380MHz, the board will beep like crazy and reboot.

I've got G.Skill memory that is supposed to be guaranteed to reach the design specs of 1600MHz.

One other note... When I run the memory at 1333MHz (400MHz FSB, 3.33D Divider) and set the memory timings to Auto, I get faster timings than the factory profile. The factory timings are 8-8-8-21 and I get 8-7-7-18 (as reported by CPU-Z).
