Glad you got it sorted, but also very dissapointed in Gigabyte for refusing. It's rather pathetic.

Did you PM Lsdmeasap about the issue? Even if you PM him now I'm sure he'll be able to get an answer as to why your request was denied. I know everything's resolved now, but maybe if Gigabyte customer service get a kick up the arse, it'll stop it happening to others.

Regardless if someone lives in Trinidad , Brazil, the Outer Hebrides or Timbuck Too, they should receive the same high standard of customer care. Not often I say this, but Gigabyte, I'm dissapointed in you this time. Not good... not good at all!
