    Default dismembered capacitors frezzing hardrives

So I took My Sapphire 4870 in to be fixed several months ago and when my pc came back somthing was loose inside.

recently ive had problems that seemed hardrive related but found that the repair guys knocked off two capacitors from my GIGABYTE motherboard GA-MA790X-DQ6 located next to the graphics port. They are located at cec4 and cec7. they are close to some sata stuff . which brings me to the problem at hand. my hardrives for the last few months have been freezing and making very loud clicking sounds when they unfreeze .More recently all has gone to hell, and cannot get past verifying DMI pool data.

So can any1 tell me what these little guys do. Im going to attempt to solder them back up soon and hope all is right. Thanx 4 n e feedback.!

Immediately return the PC where it was and demand the board replaced, they ****ed up big time.
    Jesus. That's some exceptional incompetence.
