    LLC does do that yes, however you'd get the same result by raising Vcore without it to match (after Vdroop) the LLC voltage. that's why it's usefull after a certain point. Remember that with LLC enabled, the Vcore will often spike higher than you have set it in the BIOS.

    Lowering MCH ref may help you lower MCH core, as could increasing VTT. A combination of these may be required.

    Wait to see what Lsdmeasap's input is before trying something. I've not really narrowed MCH voltage down, as at 1.24V I'm stable and cool, fortunately. Lower needs more VDIMM (2.24V rather than 2.12V), so maybe try that too if you're feeling brave on your RAM, and it's running nice and cool.

    I believe I tried all combinations of MCH ref of 0.680 to 0.760 and nothing. This is the only working setup :) For 1.26 even. 1.24 was bad failure.

    It's weird how things change though as voltages are altered. You may find that at for example 1.22V MCH , 0.720V MCH Ref is needed and works. That's what makes voltage adjustments so annoyingly complex. You never know what one effect does to another.

    Bloody Small FFTs failed again after 19 hours!! I refuse to use over 1.32V for 4GHz when 3.7 works on default!!!!

    Anyway, raise VDIMM to 2.2 and VCORE to 1.35 and testing 534 just out of pure boredom. 535 failed with crippled resolution straight away :P
    Guess I will quit the idea of lower MCH Core cause 0.02V less probably won't make any temperature difference. Everyone agrees?
    I will get me some super quiet 80mm fan though, and attach it on the NB heatsink on low RPM. It will make it cool enough (and the card underneath it as well) without breaking airflow in the case too much.
    I am thinking about shutting all other holes in the case as suggested and readd the front intake fan.

    When you were testing MCH Ref, did you try each one with MANY Vtt settings? If not there is your mistake. You may also want to try higher MHC Ref, such as 78-84

    Ya lower MCH by .2 does not help much, but keeping the right amount no matter what it may be is critical to stability. If you find at 533+ FSB you need 1.28-1.34 then you must use it, but from what I see you may not be trying near enough Vtt

    Also, did you test 2.00D instead of B? Just checking

    More Vtt and I do advise to loose the .5 CPU multi
