    Default my quest for 4ghz help needed

    HI all i would like to reach 4ghz stable on the following system

    gigabyte ga ep45-ds3p

    Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Socket 775 (3.0GHz) 1333FSB 6MB L2 Cache

    Kingston HyperX 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel

    gaindward gtx260

    CoolerMaster Elite 333 Black Case

    Corsair 650W TX Series PSU

    i have used templates of this site and can boot into windows and do stuff but orthos stoppes after 2 mins here is how i have my settings in bios

    Try these changes and see how you get along, with 450 FSB of course not 400

    CPU Termination.........1.200V.........: 1.225-1.34
    CPU PLL.................1.500V.........: 1.580V

    MCH/ICH
    MCH Core................1.100V.........: 1.20-1.2400v
    ICH Core................1.100V.........: 1.14V

    i tryed them setting i get to window xp loading screen then reboots
