Yes, have you tested yet, or can you, with another PSU at least to rule it out first?

I do believe 3 year warranty is worldwide, with some places having longer maybe? I'm not 100% sure on that though

Can you show me the Gigabyte page for your area and I'll see if I can find more info on that for you, if you can't what is the normal domain (IE .Com /.DE / .UK, ect) for your area and I'll see if I can find it myself.

I will try another PSU tonight. I don't know the page for my current area. The normal domain is '.mv'.

But guess what, I touched some capacitors of the motherboard while disconnected from the mains and now it boots to give the ram missing beep. It keeps beeping for few seconds and turns off, and then restarts and repeat. Until the power button is pressed to shut down. However, I cannot get it going again a second time by pressing the power. Have to disconnect from the mains, touch some capacitor pins and then try again. Most of the time it worked. Unfortunately I had to call it a night as it was very late and so I couldn't plug in all the components to see if it booted fully. Will try tonight.

    From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.mv:
.mv is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for the Republic of Maldives. It is administered by Dhiraagu Pvt Ltd, a Telecommunications company.

Mainly due to the unavailability of an online registration service, a whois lookup and large maintenance cost, Maldivian ccTLD is used predominantly by government agencies and large businesses. Smaller companies and organizations prefer generic TLDs such as .com and .net.
    A web search using:
"Republic of Maldives" gigabyte importer OR distributor
might turn up the local contact information.

    This such a GREAT SITE!!
I was at work the other day and got a call from my wife.
The computer (GA-EP45-UD3R) wouldn't boot, (she thought she broke it) type voice.
I said I would look at it when I got home.
Sure enough no boot, I'll skip the details but 2 min. later I'm here reading this thread.
Solution for me was to reinstall the Ram. Wham Bam, Boots like new and I'm a hero.
I very much appreciate the information available on this site. The problems we share and the knowledge of general users and Pro's alike make this such a GREAT SITE.
TKX to One and ALL, GREAT SITE.
