I see you left some of the settings on auto, Static tRead is different for each channel, and did not load optimized defaulys as suggested by Psycho, or you forgot to update them in your post.
So if you have not, load optimized defaults and redo the settings.
Post a capture of MemSet, click the ">>" and "spd" buttons and post both windows' capture.
The main window give indication to what actual settings are applied, and the spd is to see your memory spec.

You should not be on 401FSB, set it to disabled for 333MHz and memory multiplier 3.2 for DDR-1066.
If it doesn't help, try multiplier 2.4 for DDR-800.

I can't see in the picture if you still have 3 memory modules installed, if you do, take the one in differentslot color out.
The DRAM voltage in BIOS is red or dark pink? If the voltage in MemSet SPD windows under the rightmost column is 2.1 then it's ok, if it's less set it to what you see there.

No need to take pictures with cam unless it's BIOS, just press the Print Screen key to capture the whole desktop, open Paint from accessories and paste, save file, select ping type at the bottom, then save.
To take capture of only one window, click it's title and press Alt+Print Screen keys, the rest as above.

Okay, I've made your recommended changes. Memset voltage was 2.0, so that's where I set it. It showed in pink on the BIOS at 2.1. 2.0 is normal color.

All seems well for now, but I will have to monitor this for awhile. I think a lot of the stutterring came from having Memset and Hardware Monitor running while I was doing other things. Without them on, this thing runs much better.

As for print screen.........it doesn't work on my computer. I tried Alt, Ctrl, Shift, Fn, everything. It just doesn't work.

Again, I appreciate all the help you all have offered. I'll get back to you with the results.

Of course it does, haven't seen yet a computer it didn't work on, you just don't see it doing anything.
Pressing the PrintScreen key simply place a picture image in the system clipboard. The system clipboard is where the system place text when you copy it for exaple, and you don't see anything happen when you copy text either.
After the image is in the clipboard it can be pasted into any image editing fotware or any other software that support image pasting such as Outlook.
So you won't see anything when you press it, but when you open paint (or you other favorite image editing software) toy will have the paste edit menu command enabled, and you can paste it there.

Now, remembering that I'm stupid, can you explain, step-by-step, how to create the blue, scrollable, system info box? You've been remarkably patient so far.
