Default New Ram Tips For EP45-DS5

    Hello everyone!

I would like to ask u for help to get rams sorted for my ep45-ds5.
Recently iv had issues running couple of rams in a previous forum i made.
My Crucial Ballistix pc6400 aint really working, and i order pc8500 kingston didnt work either.

I cant say they didnt work, just i need the system to work in dual channel, Well thats what i want it to work in ;) Atm im running Single channel, any
suggiestions would be good, I gladly take a higher speed of rams, and if its not possible then its no probs running 800 mhz ones. 4GB is needed.

    Thanks, Gl and take care

Just generally speaking set your memory timing manually in your bios as per the specs on the side of the stick.

Please post he specs of your system in your sig using mine as a rough guide. Then people will be better able to help you. Also if you can post your bios settings that would be a big plus.

No ofence m8, if u look at my previous post i made, there is everything, and it didnt work. Iv got help and tried everything, atm i just need rams that are supported by the motherboard

Couse it seems as these motherboards have huge issues when it comes to specific rams.

Conners is right what he's saying. It's probably a configuration issue. If you don't post your BIOS settings, we'll never know, and you'll just keep trying more and more RAM, never getting any of it to work.

Although they're not on any compatibility list, both the Crucial and Kingston should work fine on your board. There is no huge issue with specific RAM. If you were trying to run 8GB, then that's another story, but you're not.
