    6x455 seems pretty steady.

    Linx - Problem Size 20 000 - 2 Hours
    Orthos - Small FFT & Priority 9 - 5 Hours
    IBT - Stress Level Maximum - 20 loops
    So, I am trying 6x560 but IBT failed at 4th loop. So what I am supposed to do now ?
    Should I :
    1. Raise CPU Termination Voltage (aka VTT)
    2. Raise MCH Core Voltage
    3. Other action ( ? ? ? )

    IMO if you want a stable 4ghz at 500 FSb, then set 8*500 and try and get it stable. Finding the max FSB at a low multi is pretty pointless. It doesn't mean you've found the max FSB completely, just the max for that CPU multi.

    What I mean is, you could very well be able to get 580FSB at 6x multi, but not be able to get near 580 on a 6.5 multi, even if your CPU was capable of 4.5GHz+.

    Even if you insist on trying for high FSB speeds, you're not going to get much further with all those settings on normal, especially MCH Core. Apart from Vcore, PLL, CPU Term, DRAM Voltage, ICH voltages, CPU ref and MCH ref, you're generally better off with other voltages on auto. This allows them to scale with their relevant modifying voltage.

    Try that for 4GHz to start with. Sure beats fannying around with high FSB and tiny CPU clocks, all of which you'll never run 24/7.

    Well I manage 9.5x422 and still testing the stability.
    I completed 50 loops of IBT at maximum stress level.

    That kind of speed is extremely easy to do. Believe me, you're not going to get very far setting loads of voltages to normal. Set the ones that need setting manually yourself, and leave the references that are'n't too crucial until higher FSB's on auto. No reason to set normal at all.

    If I were you I'd check out Easy Tune 6 and see what voltages normal is setting, especially for Vcore, PLL and VTT. Likely at that FSB it's increasing them, normal or no normal.

    8.5x500 (4.25Ghz) @ VCore1.29 (Windows CPUZ ) @ MCH Core 1.3 @ VTT 1.2 @ PLL 5.7
    I succeffully run 3D Mark 06 (CPU Temp 60 C Max)
    and 5 Loops of IBT at standard stress level (72 C Max)

    Are these settings dangerous for 24/7 use ?

    According to this article 70 is hot but 60 is a safe temperature.

    The funny thing is that using Inte Burning Tool the maximum temperature for my e8500 reaches 72C BUT using Orthos/Prime95 with Small FFT at Priority set 9, the max temp for my e8500 reaches 58 C.

    All I am saying is, I can't get into a conclusion because of IBT max temp. It's hot as you say . But using Orthos is pretty cool.

    EDIT: I am not stable at 8.5x500 with 1.264

    I should go down to 4Ghz.

    72c on the E8500 E0 isn't bad. Keep in mind, that link Chike gave u only shows Tcase temps. So if you want to compare your CPU temps to those charts, then you need to look at your Tcase temperatures, not your Core#0/Core#1 temps.

    IBT stresses the CPU more than Orthos/Prime/OCCT. That's why your CPU got much hotter in IBT.

    Also, 20 passes in IBT is the standard.
