Up to 3.6GHz you don't need to overclock your ram, and then we will see.

Ah ok, so for the ram, should i disable Performance Enhance? Or are we gonna do more jazz to the settings?

Yes that's a good start. And you'll need to set the standard timings manually to 4-4-4-12 and DRAM voltage to 2-2.1v start with 2.1 but look at BIOS HD Monitor how much actually applied, after you save settings and reboot again.
If this fail try to increace MCH Core by +0.1-0.16v.
If this fail you may need to set Static tRead Value, I recomend you set it to 7 manualy, but you may need more, if it goes well you can lower it later. Set channels driving strength to 800.

If new settings fail to boot the first time, get back in BIOS to change them, MIT will give you a red message settings are not in effect.
If the computer keep trying to start in a loop turn the PSU switch off ot pool the power cord when it shuts down, wait 20 seconds and try to boot again, you may need to do it more then once, but give it at least 10 loops to try.
In severe cases BIOS may need to be cleared, there's a post how to do it in the BIOS flash sticky I think.

Run some Prime95 or ORTHOS blend tests for a couple of hours and see it is stable.
If all goes well you may be able to run it with Static tread 6 or even 5.

Forgot to mention, if you haven't load optimized defaults before please do and then apply the changes, before you do, save a BIOS profile (F11) so you can load your current setting (F12) if needed.

I cant seem to change the Standard Timing Controls. It's blued out...but if I change DRAM Timing Selectable to Manual I can change the settings :X Also cant change Memory Frequency (Mhz) to 333 its blued at 800 @_@

Edit:// I also dont have the Advanced Settings with the "Load Line Calibratiin" option :/

You need first to set DRAM Timing Selectable to manual.

800MHz on the memory frequency is fine. don't worry about it

Ah ok, even the Load Line Calibration is missing, that ok? Already hit Ctrl F1 too.

    Thanks Chike and creamsoda!

I mean Ctrl F1 to show hidden settings haha. Friend taught me :D

Anyways I did your above settings. Booting up now! How will I know if I need to do the changes mentioned in your earlier post about MCH Core and Static tread Value?

Anyways im gonna run this Prime95 and see what happens, atm my my pc is weird...trying to load Lavalys and its taking forever D: Mouse seems choppy too...@___@ its laggy thats for sure

    EDIT:// Was gonna download Prime 95, I got a BSOD with a Ntfs.sys - Address FFFFFA60012E858B base at FFFFFA6001203000, DateStamp 479190d1
