    Thank you

I set them as you said and I ran OCCT over 10 minutes ( I stopped when the screen blanked )

Here is the screen shot of memset

It os clear from your memory profile it should have 9-9-9-24 timings for DDR-1333, setting them lower is asking for trouble, which you get.
Is this your memory? If it is add the link to your signature.

Lsdmeasap have said you may have trouble using 4.00D multi with 333FSB, and I see no reason to struggle with it, there's no benefit using DDR-1333 with 333FSB.

Try 3.2 multiplier for DDR-1066 with timings on auto (standard and advanced), leave Static tRead Value as it is for now. If you are not stable try 8 then 9.
Set MCH Core to 1.15-1.2v, all other voltages on auto.
Lets see if you can get stable then work on the timings.
Please post MemSet main window (no need for SPD) again after applying these changes, press Alt+PrintScreen when the window is active to capture only the window.

Blanked as in of power saving or screen saver or what?

Strange, I would think it would have set 8-8-8-22 for 533MHz.
Could you please post the new settings?

... turn off ur damn screen saver or disable power saving options....

so in the end it was the Performance Level that was making it unstable... figures. Don't know why you had it set to 7 in the first place. I suggest you set it to 9 and be done with this.

You haven't set standard timing on outo, I uite sure this will give you 8-8-8-22, maybe the problem was only Static tRead after all. BTW what is the suggested value shown in BIOS for Static tRead?
It should be able to run at 5-5-5-16 at DDR-1066 with current DRAM voltage.
CPU Termination and CPU PLL can also be set auto if you are not overclocking, less changes less confussion.

Did it fright you huh? LOL though it is blowing your computer?
Max temp in can be set in OCCT options so it stop if it gets to it, 67-68c would be fine. Click options then the orange button, set max CPU temp and click ok.
What test are you running? CPU:OCCT large data set for couple of hours would be good.

If I remember correctly the suggested static tRead was 7

I disabled the screen blanking to run OCCT and it ran for an hour, no errors. The max temp never went over 51

    Thanks for all your help!

    You're very welcome.
The 9-9-9-24 timing are way llose for 1066, you can easily do 6-6-6-20 and I believe even 5-5-5-16 won't be a problem.

Now that it is stable ( it even hibernates and wakes ) I will do some "playing" around and see what I can get
