Default UD4P Turbo mode drops out

I have my system overclocked to 4095 using 20x 195 Turbo mode. The problem is that when the system resumes from sleep turbo drops out reverting the cpu clock to 3900. A system restart so far is the only way I have found to get the turbo settings back.
Is there something simple that I am missing? I certainly don't want to turn sleep mode off and I like the extra performance.

Have you tried checking with another application such as Real Temp (latest beta)?

I don't understand your response. RealTemp reports the same as Everest Ultimate and CPU-z which all report 3900 with a multiplier of 20X after resume from sleep.
It is not a reporting issue. It is a drop in multiplier unless I am missing something awfully obvious.

I believe I was told this is a "By Design" "Feature" HAHA of Intel's

I will ask again though to be sure, but I do believe I was told this and then directed to the Info in the Intel PDF's

Hmmmm, that being the case I seem to recall that some mobo (asus?) have provided an override for this "feature".

Thanks to DankBuddha for the answer. Enable EIST and the multi stays at 21.
