If MCH Core is 1.2v auto and works than no, if it's not enough you can set 1.24-.126v.
Are these the settings that freez window?
Can you post screan capture of MemSet main window and SPD window?
    Does it still freez?

Still no luck with this system. I believe the Memory settings are correct. Because it will boot to safe mode, I think the hardware is good. It must be a driver or BIOS setting. I posted the settings, does anyone see a problem?

Thank you to everyone for their help so far, this whole thing is getting pretty frustrating for me. I just wish I knew what the problem was.

Failsafe may alter memory timings as well as voltages.
Still the same settings as you last posted?
Could you post a screen capture of MemSet and EasyTyne advanced voltage control for both safe mode and your settings?
And a capture of MemSet SPD window, doesn't matter which mode.

Yeah I don't have memset set up yet, but I will work on this if you think it will help.

MemSet does not require much of a setup just d/l it from the programs sticky.
EasyTune is need to be installed, from the MB cd.
It will help to see what values are actually applied in both FailSafe and your settings and may give a better picture of what may need to be done.

Yeah about that MB CD... when I put it in in safe mode it causes an error and terminates the program that runs the cd. I think I can work around it but it is annoying.

Sorry, my mistake, I thought you meant FailSafe defaults in BIOS, didn't realise it is windows safe mode.
No Need for safe mode screan capture than just the normal.

I am actually running the Fail-safe setting on the BIOS also. I have run all kinds of different options but I am mostly trying the BIOs on fail-safe or optimized.

    Which is more stable?
If you want to try and make your system stable, you can't jump from one settings to another. unless it's because you cannot otherwise use the computer.
Start with optimized defaults, and save each change in a BIOS profile(F11) lets say "temp", to make it easier to restore it(F12) and apply new changes after you load fail-safe defaults for example, for further testing.
If you apply changes to optimized defaults each time you are likely to forget some and it will lead to nowhere.

I know this. I am not even to the point of evaluating which is more stable since I cant boot to windows normally. Unless I am testing a change in the BIOS settings I am using Fail-safe.
