Yes it's not much of a stress benchmark, just memory, you should not run any other program or use the computer while benchmarking..

Anyway, prime95 running blend test and temps are as follows: 56, 55, 51, 51
Don't try to compare it to other programs, you can only compare to the same banchmark, you would never find two that give the same results, Non of them is accurate either, but they all show progress or degradation if there is.
My DDR-800 does above 5600MB/s with 55-54ns latency with the same benchmark, so yes the score is a bit low. Your's should be at least good as mine if not a little better.
It's may be the Static tRead and/or Driving Strength, but could be that 266FSB just don't handle DDR-1066 that well and it would be resolved with higher FSB, I don't realy know.
Having issues with 2x2GB is not rare, but usually increasing the MCH Core to 1.2-1.26v solves the problem. Maybe you need a little more, 1.28v.
Can you post your current settings?

    Hi
My settings are just the same as in the very first post - all that I changed is the MCH Core - to 1.26V
So it's been up for almost 24hrs now, most of that time I was running Prime95 as well, the temperatures didnt go higher than 58C on first two cores and about 52C on two other ones.
Summing up - it seems stable at 1.26v and I'm happy. Thanks for help!
It's just the speed now I'm concerned about... would you recommend tweaking FSB a little, or something should I try some more settings to speed up ram before messing with FSB?

Update: Sciencemark after setting driving strength to 1066 (static tRead still at 9 - [auto] in BIOS) values:
    memory bandwidth -> 5087.37 MB/s
    memory latency -> 156 cycles / 58.50ns for 512 stride

I guess it would be safer to go with the higher temps until and if you calibrate them and determmine which are right.
I would first look into Static tRead Value, there's some 500-700MB/s could be gaind with 266FSB. Try lower it, even if you have to set MCH Core to 1.28v.
400FSB gives a big boost regarding memory bandwidth, and few less ns latency.
Static tRead may need to be increased with 400FSB but better have it's optimal settings first.

I set Driving Strength to 1066 and ran Prime95 for over 6 hours - stable.
So now I changed tRead to 6, performance improved and it's still running after 1h+ prime95 blend test.
    Memory bandwidth 5155.95 MB/s
    135 cycles / 50.62 ns for 512 stride

1333? I don't think it's foing to make a difference, the Static tRead probably does. But if it's the only way to get lower Static tRead so be it.

No Need for the ScienceMark capture just state the memory bandwidth from the left (just memory cache is not important) and latency for 512 byte stride.
Latency is good, bandwidth still may be improved. I'll look for an EPP for memory similar to yours to see if there is any improvmant possible by tweaking advanced timings.
I run 266FSB with Static tRead 5 but it's DDR-800 so maybe DDR-1066 needs more.

I have looked in my 1066 memory profile and it seems the advanced setting just scale with frequency, like yours, so I'd leave that alone, until you done overclocking, if you feel like messing with it then.
I hade hard time stabilizing those at the time, and i just installed one to see it's performance and it was totaly unstable at 266FSB. Probably single channel does not like 1066 Driving Strength.
So I suggest when you get it stable, do some benchmarking, SuperPI mod, Video benchmark etc., to have a baseline for comparisone with overclock settings.
Save the baseline in a BIOS profile in case you want to go back and do more baseline benchmarks.

Yes, MCH is now 1.26v, driving strength 1066, tRead is set to 6, i've been running prime95 for 12 hours and it's stable :-) (temps below 58C on core0&core1, 54 2&3)
    I guess - well done!

Now that it's stable, would you recommend o/c cpu/mem/both/none?

I am not aware of 1033 Driving Strength, there are 800, 1066, 1200, and 1333, which one is it?

Personally I find oveclocking/tweaking memory over rated, some have other oppinions, but they will have to agree that FSB/CPU overclocking makes the bigger difference. I suggest you concentrate on FSB/CPU, then tweak memory when you settled on CPU speed if you feel it is needed.

Save current settings, make baseline benchmark, and then I would start bu increasing FSB with even underclocking the CPU to take it out the equasion if there are problems.
When stable, you may start overclocking the CPU where usually only increase in VCore will be required.

Before overclocking, set all voltages other than the references manually to their target value in EasyTune, and PCI frenquency to 100.
Then set 6x400FSB, with 2.66D memory multiplier. Likely that you will need to set a higher Static tRead. 7 or 8, and posibly increase MCH Core to 1.28 or even more.
When it is stable, you may see a 2+GB/s more memory bandwidth and a 5- ns latency (I'm guessing based of what I had.)
Then go up with CPU Clock Ratio untill you are satisfied, the CPU heatsink limits you, or you are out of ratio multipliers :-)

Ok, so I set all voltages other than the references manually to their target value in EasyTune, and PCI frenquency to 100. What would be the "limit" for CPU Vcore and do I have to increase other CPU voltages?
I managed to get it stable at FSB333 9x -> 3.00Ghz, CPU Vcore 1.2825V without increasing tRead (still at 6). It crashes straight away at 10x -> 3.33Ghz. FSB400 seemed quite unstable too when I was hitting 3.x Ghz
