    Have you increased Static tRead for 400FSB, it is probably needed.
    Start with less or equal CPU speed when you increasing FSB to get memry stable without or very small increase need for Vcore.
    I'm the last one to tell you what Vcore limit is. Up to the processor spec should be fine, and then it is openned to interpertation if it is what you set in BIOS or what CPU-Z shows. Temperatures might hold you back before Vcore limit, keep an ryr on them.

    I increased static tRead for 400FSB to 8 (from 6) - still unstable on 3.xGhz. I keep an eye on temps, so far under prime95 the maximum was 60 and only on one core at a time.

    3.0ghz at fsb333, static tRead 6, mch 1.25 and vcore 1.2825 is stable
    ok i'll try fsb400 again, bbs :-)

    3.2Ghz fsb400 vcore 1.2875V mch 1.28v static tRead 7 -> BSoD after 3 minuets of prime95
    now trying 3.2Ghz fsb400 vcore 1.3V mch 1.28v static tRead 8
    running prime95 and not waiting for BSoD ;-)

    Ok it freezed using above settings. I'll try ET then...

    You may try to use EasyTune to fine tune the Vcore without reboot, that's how I did it. You still need to set that value in BIOS but saves all the restarts.
    That;s why I said underclock CPU for higher FSB to take it out the equasion, and stabilize memory first, then you know it's Vcore when increasing CPU Ratio.

    I'm unable to find in ET.. I tried quickboost with reboots but it never booted at all.
    Would You be able to help me how to fine tune vcore?

    Click the advanced then voltage, you have all voltages there.
    If Prime95 fail, just increase vcore a tick or two by clicking the right triangle, then click the green set button to apply, and try again. That unless you get the BSOD.
    But see you are stable at 2.8GHz to make sure there's no problem with the memory.
    EasyTune does not save the settings in BIOS so when you are done you need to set the stable values in BIOS.

    Oh that's what You meant - well i get bsod pretty right away :-)
    fail = bsod
    I am stable at 2.8Ghz (FSB400) (static tRead 7, stock voltage 1.25v)

    At 3.4GHz I am +0.13v over stock set in BIOS so maybe you should just increase vcore. I see your max is 1.5v if it's G0 so still plenty to go.
    Thermal spec is low though, you probably don't want it to go over 60, perefferably less. What's it's TJmax? (can be seen in RealTemp settings)
