Thermal spec is low though, you probably don't want it to go over 60, perefferably less. What's it's TJmax? (can be seen in RealTemp settings)
    TJmax in coretemp is 100C

67c to TJmax is good, how come they so low? Is it idle or load temps?
    What speed you at now?

I'm now at FSB400, 2.8Ghz and it's stable at stock vcore (1.25). 3.2GHz was unstable even at vcore 1.38v. Idle temps are 40-36C. I'm not sure why but "frequency" in Core Temp is various: changes from 2400 (400 x 7) to 2800 (400 x 8). Is that normal?

Yes this is perfectly normal with EIST enabled, it changes CPU multiplier acording to CPU load. You can disable it for the time of overclocking process to avoid confussion.

Try 3GHz see how it go. There are other voltages you can play with, but I don't know how to use them, sorry.

3GHz was stable but at FSB333. Is there a way to get 3.0Ghz on fsb400? Multiplier on fsb400 changes the value by 400Mhz

My math is a bit rusty, but 400x7.5 is 3000 if I'm not mistaken.

The problem is that in BIOS I am unable to set halves, it's either 7 or 8.
