Indeed! I thank everyone for the help given. Its now stable after 8 hours blend testing over night.

Currently I'm installing a WC setup as part of a case mod I've been working on so I will be back for extra assistance ;)

Looking good! You should have a very nice, cool and quiet setup when you finish assembling. If you're temps are good and you want to push the chip, I wouldn't hesitate to use up to 1.55V personally under water to achieve the desired results. It depends on what you're personally comfortable with, but as E5200's are a nice and cheap chip (and awesome performance) I'd be willing to take a risk with it. I'd just buy another if it failed (maybe off eBay and save even more cash).

I'd be interested in an update when you have everything set up, including a before and after of your CPU temperatures. As you'll no doubt get cooler temps, you may even be able to reduce Vcore slightly at your current OC. Vcore is increased in part to combat the increased resistance/impedance as a chip gets warmer, and by better cooling it you reduce that resistance/impedance.

I actually got this E5200 from Ebay, I'm willing to risk it ;). The water cooling should be all piped in tomorrow and most likely leak tested. Just waiting on the pump at the moment.

    Nice one.

I got my E7400 from eBay too. I did buy an E7200 but it was DOA. The "non technically minded" person who sold it me wrapped the thing in bubble wrap, which as you may know is a bit of a static magnet. 55 for a CPU is sweet, and makes replacing a dead one slightly less of a pain in the wallet.

Very nice. Looks like a solid system all round. Good chasis, great PSU, nice fans and an awesome looking tubing job.

Well done. You deserve to be proud of that.

Ok I've got this fully up and running

    Intel burn test Max temps 55c, 49c (8hours) @1.375v 3.8Ghz

4870 XFX @Stock - The ATi drivers are giving me some major issues. If i don't have this thing set to default clocks the drivers fail to load. I've upped the south bridge Core to 1.2v still no luck on overclocking the card. I might wait till next month to sort out the drivers or try windows 7, I've tried rolling them back but still nothing.

    4870

    Idle - 29c

    2 hours of 3dMark06 Load - Max Load 39c
