    Load BIOS optimized defaults if you have not load them yet.
    Set Performance Enhance to standard, see if that help any.
    Try testing each memory module individualy, one in slot #1 and the other in slot #3, to make sure both the ram and the memory slots are ok.

    What steps do you have for MCH Core and DRAM Voltage?

    Allready have loaded optimized defaults.
    Setting Performance Enhance to standart makes no difference.
    Memtest freezes in any module/slot combination.
    In easy tune steps are 0.1

    With Performance Enhance standard, set Ststic tRead Value 7.
    Try MCH Core 1.2,1.05,1,0.95.
    Could be board.ram compatibility issue, can you borrow a different brand/type to test with?

    tried Kingsto KVR667D2N5/512 - same issue
    going to try advised settings

    Setting MCH core to 1.00 acctualy fixed it. Thanks you really saved my system.
